She actually listened, didn’t try to sell us nonsense, and kept things grounded when we started overthinking everything like most couples do mid flat hunt. Quick, honest, and very patient with our indecision. Felt like dealing with a real person rather than an estate agent script. Ayca at Dexters made the whole process far more bearable than it should have been. Super organised, sharp, and somehow still smiling by the time we were tired and slightly losing it after multiple viewings. She got what we wanted straight away and didn’t waste our time. Also handled our running commentary like a pro. Both of them made a stressful process feel much easier.

Amy and Ayca at Dexters genuinely made what could have been a painful experience surprisingly decent. They somehow managed to keep us both happy which is no small achievement when you are a couple trying to agree on anything property related. No pushing rubbish flats, no salesy nonsense, just straight talking, good humour, and a lot of patience. They were organised, quick to respond, and had a knack for knowing when to step in before we started overanalysing things into oblivion. Also handled our moods as the days went on without ever making it awkward. We ended up with a place we love and didn’t fall out in the process, which feels like the real success here.

Dexters helped us finding our new house. I am proud to say that I am a happy customer of Dextes. Right from viewing till getting keys everything was perfect and quick. Referencing which took ages with other agency was done within minutes. Anisa sherifi who showed us around this beautiful property was very helpful and kind. She was reachable and responsible whenever we called here regarding anything related to the property. Alfie helped us in getting the parking permit. Even before moving into the house he mailed our contract so that we were able to get our parking permit from council right away. Over all it was a pleasure and pleasant experience with Dexters. Will always recommend them. No drama just pure business.
