I recently sold a warden controlled flat through this agency. It took a long time due purchaser issues outside of their control. They maintained a thoroughly professional and interested approach throughout and I would definitely use them again.

We put our house on the market with Robert Oulsnam Kings Heath. Michelle and her team especially Georgie have been so professional through out our sale. Hit a few problems but Georgie was very helpful and kept us informed. Her calm and professional manner took all the stress out of our sale keeping us sane. We got their in the end. We sold and bought through Oulsnams KH. From start to finish they were friendly and professional, and coordinated a lot of viewings over a two week period, whilst helping us find our perfect new home. I felt well supported during the process (which took a little longer than expected) and I never had any trouble reaching someone to speak with when I needed their help with anything. Even though we didn’t end up going with their recommended solicitor they still had a great working relationship with our solicitors (David Bunn & Co.) which really helped during the latter part of the process. Overall I highly recommend them if you are looking for an agent who treats everyone in the chain with respect and courtesy, and is highly efficient at responding to the various scenarios that property buying and selling can throw at you. 10/10 from me.
