I was looking for the perfect home for me and the children and wanted a specific location and home. Samantha at Watsons Kimberley was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and kept me informed almost daily! The perfect house came up and within minutes Samantha rang me the same time my mum was texting me about it and I was losing my mind at the prospect of this house. I had a viewing a few days later, offer accepted and everything ran smoothly. Samantha’s communication was amazing, reassuring me of the process and we had laughs along the way. I’ve dealt with other agents from other companies and have been less than impressed but Watsons have been great. I’ll miss the chats!
