Sally took us around House’s that fit our description perfectly then called us to tell us that a house would be coming up on our ideal road. She took us to see it before it went on the market and we bought it immediately. Could not recommend Henderson Conellan Higher, in giving us a sneak preview before a house went on the market we have moved into our dream home. Sally was very helpful during the process and communication was excellent.

As a private landlord i have worked with Henderson Connellan Lettings department for many years and they always deliver a professional service and offer additional help/advice when required. Now all deposits are held within the DPS its difficult and time consuming for both landlord and tenant to recover monies owed. I've used Henderson Connellan for the last 2 or 3 years for not only the purchase but also as the managed service for renting my property out. Both processes were smooth and easy and the managed service has been perfect considering I am not located in Kettering. It makes my life easier knowing that Laura and the team have everything in hand. The introduction of the FixFlo website, also makes for a very easy life and makes managing any potential issues easier so I can see the status of them at any time of the day. I’ve thrown many questions to Laura and others over the years, and I feel like I can trust their judgement but also their advice with the feedback I received and is always very professional.
