Fantastic letting experience

Excellent.

As a tenant I am extremely pleased with the service provided by the Henderson Connellan team in Kettering. No fuss or drama whenever you need assistance or maintenance - always a warm welcome in the office with professional service which commenced with the origional viewing.

Professional, reliable service

We used Henderson Connellan to sell our cottage and were very pleased with the service we received. Texts advising us of viewings and prompt feedback on the viewing gave us the feeling that this is a well organised, efficient and proactive agency. The agents we dealt with were very responsive and professional and the team really went to great lengths to help us. Highly recommend this agency

Henderson Connellan took on my house and sold within the contract time. Their staff in the Kettering office were extremely helpful and very professional. Any queries I had were answered in a timely manner and whenever I wanted an up date on proceedings they got back to me within the same day. I have dealt with many estate agents in the area previously and was surprised at how professional HC are, thanks guys.

Much recommended

Excellent communication and service from the moment we viewed the property, to assisting us with pushing through a tricky exchange and completion. Adam and Jessica were always patient with my emails and phone calls, and provided invaluable advice and gentle nudging up the chain to ensure our move completed on time. Compared to encounters with other estate agents we were really impressed with their human qualities as much as their professionalism, which go a long way when embarking on such a complicated transaction.

Excellent in every way.

From the initial valuation carried out by James, right through to the sale of our property, Henderson's were with us for every single step of the way. The level of professionalism was second to none, with regular updates via both telephone and email that kept both myself and my wife informed and reassured. We can not praise Henderson Connellan highly enough and would never even entertain the thought of using any other agent.
