Excellent Servie, 10/10.

Having dealt with many Estate Agents previously, both myself and my partner have to conclude that Henderson Connellan are the best we have ever experienced. The service was exceptional from when we booked our first viewing right through until completion. We were kept informed regularly and no problem was too small for them. All staff members that we spoke to where highly professional, helpful and highly efficient. Can't thank you all enough for providing us with an excellent experience. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Henderson connellan got the job done

It started with Adam selling our flat (twice) quite quickly, after another agents had it for a year. Then throughout the whole drawn out process - Emma, especially, was the one constant shining light and Henderson Connellan the only organisation we would recommend. It felt more personal and like they actually care. Top marks Henderson Connellan Kettering!

House Sale in Chelveston Northamptonshire

Henderson Connellan Kettering branch assisted with the sale of my parents property in Chelveston, Northamptonshire. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish, unlike previous agents I have dealt with they followed up on every request in a timely and professional manner. The team created an effective marketing plan for the property and were able to secure the sale price we were looking for. I would not hesitate to use this estate agent again. Five stars, thank you for selling the house!

Unbelievable Service

From start to finish, sale to completion the service was incredible. Showing people around our house the staff were polite and courteous. Marketing was superior. Support whilst going through the chain process was way above and beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Karen and Emma for all the running around they did even when it really wasn't part of their remit.. Can't really thank all the staff enough. This is an agency who's best practices are transparent. Moving out of the area now but I think we would be very lucky to find another estate agent as professional as Henderson Conellan

Fantastic letting experience

Our requirement to rent a home is coming to an end and having rented a number of properties through varying agents in the Kettering area, the last 12 months of renting through Henderson Connellan has been highly satisfactory. Excellent.

As a tenant I am extremely pleased with the service provided by the Henderson Connellan team in Kettering. No fuss or drama whenever you need assistance or maintenance - always a warm welcome in the office with professional service which commenced with the origional viewing.

Professional, reliable service

We used Henderson Connellan to sell our cottage and were very pleased with the service we received. Texts advising us of viewings and prompt feedback on the viewing gave us the feeling that this is a well organised, efficient and proactive agency. The agents we dealt with were very responsive and professional and the team really went to great lengths to help us. Highly recommend this agency

Henderson Connellan took on my house and sold within the contract time. Their staff in the Kettering office were extremely helpful and very professional. Any queries I had were answered in a timely manner and whenever I wanted an up date on proceedings they got back to me within the same day. I have dealt with many estate agents in the area previously and was surprised at how professional HC are, thanks guys.
