H&C dealt with the sale of my mums property after she had passed away.It has been a very difficult sale, due to third party inadequacies, but I can honestly say that they tried their absolute best to resolve any issues that arose and were unfortunately probably not able to get a quick response at times because they were waiting for a third party response.They are all very polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in using their services again, should the need ever arise.

Always helpful and professional

Victoria and the rental team at HendersonConnellan managed my rental property for several years. They were consistently helpful, I had a couple of tricky tenants in that time, including one who defaulted on paying the rent. It is easy to feel that agents take a fee for little work but the reality is that when things aren’t going smoothly, they are worth their weight in gold. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The HendersonConnellan team again.
