Fantastic service from Simone. Stayed in touch from the beginning of the issue I was experiencing right through to the end. Even kept in touch afterwards. Fantastic landlords, issues if I have any are dealt with in a speedy and timely manner. Everyone is so helpful.

Before renting from letting agents you always hear bad stories about them, such as just letting themselves into your home without permission, or when you have a fault in the home that's not your fault they charge you extortionate amounts or don't arrange help to fix it etc. All I've had is positive experiences with Henderson connellan. They respond to all my queries straight away, they have an app to report any faults or repairs which gets dealt with quickly and from start to finish they've helped this house feel like a home.

Our company has used Henderson Connellan as agents to rent 2 no properties in the Kettering area over the last year. Our point of contact was Laura Tolton and the standard of service we have received has been excellent. As our head office is in Northern Ireland Laura kept us informed with updates every step of the way through phone calls and emails. The response time and communication was first class. I cannot fault any part of the rental experience and the support and professionalism that Laura provided us during this time and across the extended Covid-19 period was second to none.
