My completion date was delayed due to my own property sale due to buyer and then from the seller. When delayed by seller for second time, Amy from sales team really helped me keep the agreed completion date by helping the seller completing documents the solicitor needed and also explaining why keeping the agreed completion date was important. She also contacted me on her days off to ensure it was all going through and again on day of completion. When I really needed help, she went out of her way to push everything forward and kept me and my solicitor up to date.

We sold our house through Henderson Connellan and found them a pleasure to work with. Rachel handled our sale and was reassuring throughout the process including when a complexity happened post exchange. Communication and professionalism has been excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone else trying to sell their house.

We are so glad we chose Kettering Henderson Connellan to market our mother's house.
