We sold our property with Henderson Connellan Kettering at the end of July 2025. We received an absolutely top date service from the team - but particularly Amy, James and Daniel. They were always contactable, incredibly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were kept informed throughout the selling process from day 1 - really professional photos taken and our house sympathetically listed. We encountered some fairly long standing issues at the bottom of the chain regarding a solicitor - the team at Henderson Connellan were regularly chasing the chain to keep the sale moving smoothly, with a dedicated sales progression point of contact. Everyone was sighted and knowledgeable regarding our sale so we never felt like we had to explain our situation to a different person at the end of the phone. Viewings were arranged in advance and hassle-free, with good advice on pricing our home and a strategy if the sale became protracted (fortunately it didn't and HC found a buyer swiftly). Would not hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend if you are local to Kettering or surrounding villages - incredibly competitive commission fee considering the service and team that are available to you.
