I've used Henderson Connellan for the last 2 or 3 years for not only the purchase but also as the managed service for renting my property out. Both processes were smooth and easy and the managed service has been perfect considering I am not located in Kettering. It makes my life easier knowing that Laura and the team have everything in hand. The introduction of the FixFlo website, also makes for a very easy life and makes managing any potential issues easier so I can see the status of them at any time of the day. I’ve thrown many questions to Laura and others over the years, and I feel like I can trust their judgement but also their advice with the feedback I received and is always very professional. Would happily recommend HC to others, and certainly have no plans to move away from them. I’m very happy with the service.
