Recently purchased a property through this company how on earth they claim to be an award winning company is beyond me From the start at the viewing where I made an offer then to expect formality giving details names addresses etc but never once was I told that I would have to pay £60 to an outside company to prove my name and in which case they got me totally mixed up with someone else and then tried selling me a deal for £8 a month where I would get money off vouchers angry is an understatement The offer accepted where I booked a second viewing where the agent stood looking so angry that I was taking up his time constantly looking at his watch and phone I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable especially when I was about to spend a lot of money and if it wasn’t for the fact I really liked the house I would have withdrawn I could write all day about how poorly the operation is run with this outfit but for the next few months never once did I receive a reply from phone calls to emails and once I called to speak to the sales chaser who told her colleague that took the call if I want a response to email again angry like you wouldn’t believe I am on holiday writing this as they asked for feedback which I will be following up on my return but not to be too slanderous but it’s an outfit run by people who have no clue whatever I have brought and sold 12 houses in 20 years and I don’t claim to know everything but one thing I do know this company is just interested in the paycheque other than the people To be added to
