A very positive experience with the lettings side of the business. Micheala showed me around a beautifully-presented property and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable – answering my many questions and taking notes on a few minor issues to check with the landlord. All emails have been responded to quickly, and sometimes outside of standard office hours, which has exceeded my expectations. I haven’t rented for more than 20 years, so thank you Micheala for helping to make a difficult time less stressful by explaining the process to me and being kind.
