As a company we make significant investment in marketing all of our clients homes, this includes professional photography, providing exposure both locally and nationally as well as an experienced sales team who visit every home in person prior to marketing We work very hard to find a suitable buyer for every home we are instructed to sell, it’s very disappointing when we do not achieve this objective. As discussed the conveyancing system has been extremely stretched during the second half of this year due to a combination of the surge in activity post national Covid lockdown and the stamp duty holiday. This has resulted in unprecedented demand and transaction times taking significantly longer, obtaining updates from solicitors to pass to our clients has in some instances been challenging to say the least.
