We are relatively new to the lettings game but were very pleased with the professionalism of the Henderson staff. Our first dealing with them was through Carrie who was excellent and came to see the house and chat to us and showed a real interest in us as people, as well as the property. Connie in the office has also been invaluable - happily talking with us on a daily basis to ensure everything went smoothly. We did have one particular issue down the line...but that was sorted smoothly and efficiently and we now look forward to a long-lasting relationship
