These "business people" prey on the desperation of young people to borrow more than they should do for houses that aren't even worth half of what they are up for. Unhelpful, typical estate agents who, in their own words "think of the seller over the buyer" they need to consider that if there were no buyers then they would be out of a job instead of insulting and upsetting the people with the money, regardless of how many buyers you assume there are. Advice to you all try gazundering instead of paying top whack for houses that arent worth half of what the greedy sellers and agents want for them to line their pockets on the back of the buyers misfortune. If these lot were builders they would be classed as rogue traders
