A very positive experience with the lettings side of the business. Micheala showed me around a beautifully-presented property and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable – answering my many questions and taking notes on a few minor issues to check with the landlord. All emails have been responded to quickly, and sometimes outside of standard office hours, which has exceeded my expectations. I haven’t rented for more than 20 years, so thank you Micheala for helping to make a difficult time less stressful by explaining the process to me and being kind. When we decided to move house we thought it would be a quick affair; sadly due to a few different set backs we the various buyers on our property it was anything but. The team at Henderson Connellan helped us through all of these issues and set backs in a friendly and professional manor, the whole team were incredibly helpful from the moment we met them and I can’t be more greatful. I do feel it’s only fair to give a special mention to Amy Shaw. To say I’m not sure I’d want to move house again unless she was involved is an understatement. She was so so helpful when we were facing issues right down to the day of the move calling me on her days off and after hours to make sure our move remained on track. I’m not sure if there’s a “head of” role available but if there isn’t you should really make one and give it to her immediately!! Thank you!!
