My aged parents bungalow was only 20+yeras old but in need of a lot of updating. Locally, a number of new 2 and 3 bedrooms bungalows were available at competitive prices that impacted on the ability to sell ours. The team at Henderson-Connellan worked hard marketing the property, we had potential sales fall through, but they never gave up or lost focus. They continued to work towards a sale for well over a year and to their credit the bungalow was sold in September 2024 for an acceptable price. I am extremely grateful to the whole team at Henderson-Connellan for their perseverance and prefessionalism.
