We have dealt with many estate agents over the years; Henderson Connellan is by far and away the best in the business. None of that lying, subterfuge and pulling the wool over your eyes that is so commonplace. What's more, they were not even the most expensive in terms of fees and THEIR VALUE OF OUR HOUSE WAS £50,000 HIGHER THAN ANOTHER AGENT (and we sold within the week at the value Henderson Connellan gave us). Read that again if you need to choose an agent yourself! James, Sam and Callum were helpful, communicative, friendly and professional with great local knowledge and also legal understanding. They really worked hard to lubricate the cogs and keep things moving, as much as was in their power to do. They assisted with obstructions, even going so far as to find out what they could when things came to a standstill in an external part of the process, beyond our own chain. The tone of their service was always one without excuses, serving the customer and working to promote efficiency across all the layers of the sale and purchase. July 2020 we started our new house purchase and sale with the Henderson Connellan team. 9 months later we have finally moved and are in our new home. It has been a rollercoaster of a journey with some ups and a lot of downs at points. I always go out to three firms just to sanity check things but have used Henderson Connellan several times to sell houses now with great success. Values always seem to be in the right area and costs are competitive, the difference is the staff, they are all brilliant, very responsive, professional and take selling or buying your house seriously.
