From the very beginning, over 6 years ago, Belvoir have been offering support to the very best of their abilities, which couldn't have been easy with my landlord Living abroad. An example of our experience with Belvoir on day 1: On my moving in day, there was a miscommunication and Bobby himself came out to me and my family, in readiment to get stuck in and help, he also brought extra help with him too! This was so kind and thoughtful..quite honestly he went above and beyond, setting the standard on which Belvoir was to subsequently follow. As many experience, some landlords (the owners of the houses) do not have the "live in" experience when things desperately need attention,this separates their reality from those that rent their property. I'm glad to say that as a "middle man" lettings agency; Belvoir, managed the difficult situations with integrity and care towards myself as a Tennant, and the landlord respectfully. HOT TIP: On moving in, take your own recordings and photos, so when you move on, you have a comparison of the property. Keep all receipts for all improvements and changes you make, so you can evidence them. The Kettering Belvoir team showed true care. That said, this does not mean that every landlord will (the owners of the rented properties). Lastly, I'd like to say that ALL the ladies in the Kettering branch are SUPERB! Professional, down to earth, approachable, kind, gracious, funny and Very energetic to resolve issues in a timely and respectful manner. As a landlord we have just rented out our property through Belvoir. The team are all really lovely and very approachable. They could not do enough for us! They were very understanding about the kind of tenants we wanted in our property and made sure the criteria was met. We use Vicki and the team at Belvoir in Kettering for a let only service for the properties we have in Kettering. I have found the them to be professional, knowledgable and very efficient. They are honest when recommending prospectice tenants and will not suggest anyone they don't think is suitable. I would highly recommend them to other landlords.
