Would give 6 is possible. They have been nothing but polite and courteous regarding any dealings with them. From arranging a viewing, collecting the key and general enquiries, they have been fantastic. A lovely woman named Jo has been second to none, but the whole team deserves props! Definitely recommend, very refreshing to see people who clearly enjoy their job!

I'd been using another agency in town but after 12 years, increasing fee's and some mistakes, I felt a change was needed when the tenant left. I spoke to Vicki and her team, she viewed the property, advertised and rented it, all within 10 days for more rent and less fee's. I've been kept well informed and their IT systems seem to work well. It's only been 2 months but so far I'm extremely happy that I made the change.

They are vey efficient and calls and emails are responded to quickly.
