Dishonest, unprofessional and potentially unlawful.

We are currently in dispute with this letting agent for unpaid rent amounting to in excess of £3000. Our dispute was taken to the property ombudsman and as a result Ashan Property Ltd. was requested to provide a letter of apology and fined £300. This has been provided, however we are currently looking to pursue legal against APL for potentially fraudulent statements, which were issued to us over a period of almost two years. These stated money had been transferred to us when this was not the case.
