Excellent Service!
I can honestly say that the team at Ashan Property provide an excellent service. As a landlord with a number of properties in the area I can happy report that Ashan Property has gone above and beyond in assisting with all aspects of property management....tenant find, rent collection, maintenance. They offer professional, clear and extremely helpful communication. They have never let me down. Thank you to the entire Ashan Property Team! Dishonest, unprofessional and potentially unlawful.
We are currently in dispute with this letting agent for unpaid rent amounting to in excess of £3000. Our dispute was taken to the property ombudsman and as a result Ashan Property Ltd. was requested to provide a letter of apology and fined £300. This has been provided, however we are currently looking to pursue legal against APL for potentially fraudulent statements, which were issued to us over a period of almost two years. These stated money had been transferred to us when this was not the case.
