Simon and Nick at Hackney and Leigh in Keswick did a great job of selling our house - they were sure of their valuation although it was not easy to value and at the upper limit of what we hoped to achieve and spared no expense or effort in ensuring the photos and brochure attracted a lot of interest and achieved the best possible price. Nothing was too much effort and they overcame all difficulties in the frustrating legal process with admirable patience and good advice. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
