I chose Hackney & Leigh to sell my Lake District home as over the last year or two I had seen their signs popping up everywhere. I knew immediately I met Nick that he had vast experience and expertise in selling which gave me great confidence. Simon is highly efficient but I think his strength, for me, was the one-to-one chats in the office. One damp grey morning in February when I had no viewing appointments booked, I asked if I should reduce the price. "Definitely not" both Nick and Simon replied . . . and they were proved to be right. I was extremely happy with their service although I felt that whilst the walk-round internal video was excellent, the external photos were not as good as they could gave been.
