I bought through Miles & Bar back in February. I have two small children and was very stressed with the idea of uprooting from our family home and moving. From the initial 'registration process' right through to actually viewing, I found the staff to be helpful, pleasant and personable. (safe to say this cant be said for all estate agents in Folkestone, but I will save that for another review!). After a long day of viewings with two over tired three year old's, James at Miles and Barr had surprisingly popped back to the office in-between our appointments and had collected two small 'Miles & Barr footballs' for the boys. This was very much appreciated and saved a very close tantrum from occurring! I will not forget the top service that was received and I would strongly recommend them as an agent of choice.
