I have used Miles and Barr in Folkestone on 3 separate occasions once to purchase a buy to let property, to sell another property, and also to remortgage one of my buy to let properties in a different area of the country through their mortgage service. I have used many estate agents over the years and can truly say this branch have been the best, professional, fast, always kept me up to date with developments and made the process stress free. John the manager at miles and Barr is an excellent branch manager and this comes across in the way all his team including the mortgage advisers he has there are trained and the knowledge they clearly have. Highly recommend to anybody.
