I'd never sold a house before, and I was hearing allot of negative things about estate agents in general! So I was really happily surprised with my experience with Miles and Bar. In particular the department they call the progressers... A lovely lady called Lauren took all the stress and strain out of dealing with the sellers and their solicitors. Every time I was about to call for an update, she had already sent me an email. Any concerns I had, I'd write to her asking her to call, she got straight back to me with useful information. It was fantastic having her support. Thank you Lauren and M&B!
