Lying incompetent staff only there to take your money, mis selling properties, but it's ok sir, 'we can sell your property we have just mis-sold you, it may sting you a bit but we will only charge you this....' Absolutely disgraceful, their in house mortgage broker advises you to lie on forms, and the grief it causes you is of no concern they just want to 'flip' it again and earn again at the customers expense AVOID AT ALL COSTS, call to the ombudsmen next I think
