I went to Miles and Barr in a bit of a pickle. I needed to move quickly but have never rented before. I had dealt with other local estate agents and have practically been laughed out of the office as a single, part time working mum. By the time I got to miles and Barr Herne bay I was deflated and ready to give up. Then I met shelly. Shelly talked to me as a human. She listened to my story And WANTED to help me. I wasn’t going to be the easiest client and needed ALOT of help. Help with things that were beyond her job title. But she had patience with me and pointed me to the correct authorities which made a move possible!! She rang and checked in on the progress of applications and checked in me. She emailed to make sure I was ok and give words of advice and comfort. When I met her i felt like I was meeting a friend. The company as a whole were helpful.
