Had experienced a few problems but I was happy with the way they were dealt with including a personal offer of a meeting from the Director. The office staff, in particular Jean, Mark and Sam bent over backwards to assist me. My issues were more with the after-care side but everything was resolved in a prompt and effective manner. Well done Miles and Barr for turning things around!
