As a potential buyer I have been impressed with Miles and Barr in Ramsgate - particularly with Joshua Fasham Hughes. As I don't live in the area he has had to work hard to build me an agenda of what to see when and has given me an honest opinion on what he thinks will work for my personal requirements having got to know them well. He has liaised with colleagues in neighbouring towns to ensure they also send me details to review and then worked with them to fit viewings in. He's not pushy but just listens well to what you need. Joshua takes care to build good relationships with his buyers so I am sure he also does this with his sellers.

The team have been every helpfull. Alex and Katie. They kept informed. Throughout the process in everything they was doing. They was there if I needed any information and needed to discuss anything.

From the way they presented themselves, to how informative and supportive they were from day one, I could tell how much passion and love for their job runs through their veins. We’ve moved into a new place with Miles & Barr as our agents, who have been lovely throughout the journey of finding & moving into a new place, which although is a an extremely taxing process, they made it smoother from timely viewings, easy accessibility & availability for queries and catering to our needs and requirements. I would like to thank the team and especially Katie-Lilly who assisted us throughout this journey, showed a lot of patience and made it all extremely simple for us as new movers. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for a new home, with a great team on board to assist with their services.

It's always a pleasure to work with Kate and Alex, who assisted in securing a tenant through the Lettings department. They are honest, highly communicative and exceptionally approachable. Once a tenant is in place, Toni, one of the property managers I have worked with for over 10 years - consistently demonstrates outstanding professionalism and dedication to her role. Claire, from the finance department, also deserves recognition for her excellent attention to detail and efficiency.
