As a potential buyer I have been impressed with Miles and Barr in Ramsgate - particularly with Joshua Fasham Hughes. As I don't live in the area he has had to work hard to build me an agenda of what to see when and has given me an honest opinion on what he thinks will work for my personal requirements having got to know them well. He has liaised with colleagues in neighbouring towns to ensure they also send me details to review and then worked with them to fit viewings in. He's not pushy but just listens well to what you need. Joshua takes care to build good relationships with his buyers so I am sure he also does this with his sellers.
