I don’t even know where to start, as a 21 year old who was looking to rent a property ready for the arrival of my baby I had so many worries. I had absolutely no luck in any other estate agents with viewings, nobody gave me a chance (understandable as I am only 21), the first house I’d applied to view with mint homes straight away they gave me an opportunity to view it! They made everything so clear and understandable, I viewed the property and fell in love straight away, the estate agent was so kind and helpful in the viewing and told me how to apply if I was interested. I applied for the property and straight away was given the opportunity to give relevant information so they could decide if renting there was right for me. Everything went brilliantly! Next thing I know I was planning a date to pick up the keys! Upon collecting the keys I asked for advice on which service to use to pay water and electricity bills etc and they helped! I was given a new home package full of goodies, vouchers and advice on bills. There was no reason they did this other than kindness. After such a nightmare looking for homes and no look, finding this estate agent I could honestly cry I feel so lucky. Thank you Mint homes for helping me find a beautiful home and Thankyou for the numerous updates and advice.
