I recently decided to rent out my flat as my job is over a 100 miles away. I received a flyer through my door from Karl Tatler - who had just opened a Bebington office - so I thought I might as well give them a try. Max and Charlotte (and others) have been very helpful in aiding the process of advertising the property and finding a suitable tenant (and all the other bits that go with the process).
