I recently decided to rent out my flat as my job is over a 100 miles away. I received a flyer through my door from Karl Tatler - who had just opened a Bebington office - so I thought I might as well give them a try. Max and Charlotte (and others) have been very helpful in aiding the process of advertising the property and finding a suitable tenant (and all the other bits that go with the process). It is early days, but I hope the relationship continues to go as well as it has so far. If you have no other agent in mind, you might want to give them a call and try them out. I am happy that I did.
