We choose Karl Tatler as they seemed better with communicating back to us, they have been nothing but incredible. We had Max come out and value the property who has answered my 10,000 questions easily and friendly, Sophie took over with finding a tenet and viewings, the tenet was found the 1st day it went on the market, paperwork done straight away and move date the following week. All communications were seamless and I was kept upto date every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Karl Tatler.
