Unfortunately, since the initial phase in the process which was very smooth, Karl Tatler have been far less responsive. We have had difficulty making contact with the sales progressions team and have had differing information from each individual. We were initially quoted 8-12 weeks for completion, but close to 2 months later, we have now been quoted a further 8-16 weeks. It has been a real struggle getting the sale through with very little support from Karl Tatler's sales progression team after the initial offer was accepted.
