From start to finish I found Derek Wakefield from Michael Anthony Estate Agents fantastic. He was polite, knowledgeable of the local market, responsive and generally very helpful through the whole process, which lets face it can be a nightmare. I can't recommend these guys highly enough if you are looking to sell your property.
