Put house in market with Richard James only, Ollie came round, explained everything to us. Brilliant photos taken of the house, marketed very well. House went on market on a Thurs and sold on the Tuesday, couldn't have been happier. The sale process did take longer than expected but that was not the fault of Richard James. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend Richard James.
