The team were really helpful throughout the sale and a buyer was found very quickly. Our preferred method of communication was by email with occasional telephone call as we did not live in the area. The team kept us updated throughout, responded to our queries promptly and accompanied all viewings. We haven't mentioned a particular member of staff as the South Molton staff worked as a team, so we knew that whomever we called/messaged would be able to assist. The way that the team work together gave us confidence and was reassuring. They were professional and courteous throughout even when we may have been less so due to circumstances separate to the sale.
