We sold my mum’s house at a time when she was particularly vulnerable. Shelbi was sensitive and considerate throughout this time and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I really don’t think we could have proceeded if we hadn’t felt so supported throughout that process. As the sale went through, alongside Shelbi’s hard work, we also received ongoing support from Sarah and Karen, who have been friendly and supportive of my mum whenever she popped in or called for help.
