Michaela is an excellent customer support representative for the facilities management department of the building where I rent my apartment. She is empathetic to situations, swift to reply to messages as well as both very polite and professional. I have been grateful for her recent assistance with a few issues I’ve encountered at the property which is considered a high end complex, therefore you expect a commensurate level of service.
