Ollie and the Richard James team are phenomenal. We spent months searching for the right home for myself and my partner - being first time buyers this is a daunting process. After looking in the area for months and dealing with other rubbish estate agents we had our first viewing with Ollie, even though the first 2 properties he showed us weren't for us they were 2 of the best ones we had seen... until the 3rd one where we were set on it from the moment we walked in. From us deciding to put a offer in for the property Ollie was with us the whole way and made sure everything was clear and well communicated. After our offer was accepted we had a couple of follow-up visits which were great. Ollie was also fantastic in keeping us in the loop with all our questions and updates. Further to this Ollie actually saved us time and money by sussing out a mistake from our solicitors that we were none the wiser to. This issue could've gone on for months had Ollie not intervened.
