I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support I've recieved from Lauren. I'm a first time renter and as such have little to no clue what I needed to do and got confused easily with several steps of the application for tenancy but she went out of her way to help me through the process and I believe I'm now well on my way to renting a place I'm very happy with and highly recommend both her and the company for a stress-free and straightfoward service with staff that actually care about you and your needs!!!

Northwood have made our first time renting experience so seamless and amazing. The referencing experience was seamless and had no bumps in the road for us and was done so quickly and easy. Lauren was particularly helpful during our application as well as the rest of the team and management.
