I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support I've recieved from Lauren. I'm a first time renter and as such have little to no clue what I needed to do and got confused easily with several steps of the application for tenancy but she went out of her way to help me through the process and I believe I'm now well on my way to renting a place I'm very happy with and highly recommend both her and the company for a stress-free and straightfoward service with staff that actually care about you and your needs!!!
