I first went to Northwood when I found out that they did a service of guaranteed rent. I'd never rented a property before so was a little apprehensive on what to do but Northwood sat me down and talked me through every step and made sure I fully understood. They were so helpful and made it so I had no stress. The ladies were lovely and I felt that I had known them years because they have off such a warm welcome! I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent. It's the best investment I made.
