Unprofessional incompetent staff. Went to view a house we were interested in which was up for £650. Upon asking for the forms we were told there has been a lot of interest so if we want it we would have to have a bidding war to see who would pay the most!! We said okay and were told they will contact the landlord to let them know who is interested and which tenant they wanted. The office said they would let everyone know if they were successful or not the same day or next day.. After a month and half of chasing them every couple of days they still couldn’t give me an answer. Now the property has a board saying it is now LET but still haven’t let know if I was successful or not. There are loads of professional top letting agents in Ipswich to drown these so don’t even waste your time with them I’m sure they won’t be around much longer!
