If I could leave no stars I would. Most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No offers allowed over the phone as "they cannot cope with that". Final offer made 4 working days ago at 5k over the asking price and no response from the agent, not even a courtesy call to keep me updated. Emailed a complaint to the general manager and funnily enough - no response either. I would not recommend them to anyone and would never ever look to use them for anything!
