I have been in my rented property now for over 5 years and have been through the wringer when it comes to property agents. So happy to finally have a good property agent named Charly! She has been amazing from the start, unfortunately for her when she took over she was dealing with a lot of backlog but she has still managed to work with myself and my landlord on so many things and found a happy medium with everything. Honestly worth her weight in gold.
