Very frustrating and difficult to deal with. The person I spoke to talked over me non stop, interrupted me every time I tried to speak and was very rude with a bad attitude. The person I spoke to refused to answer even the most basic of questions. I appreciate they require certain information prior to booking a viewings, but to refuse to hand over even basic information so you are forced to send over all your personal information is poor business practice in my opinion, and unnecessarily intrusive.
